About Kalea Bay
Kalea Bay is Soave Real Estate’s five-tower waterfront community on Vanderbilt Drive, just north of Wiggins Pass Road, where three- and four-bedroom residences look across the mangroves to the Gulf. Residents share a 100,000 sq ft amenity centre with pools, Har-Tru tennis courts, restaurants and a wellness centre, and the tower rooftops have negative-edge pools. Tower 500, the fifth, topped out in June 2025 and is in its final stages.
