About ULTIMATE Property Guide

ULTIMATE Property Guide is an independent guide for visitors to the world’s prime property markets. We publish 4 curated lists: neighbourhoods, agents, developments and buying. We cover the prime property markets of the ULTIMATE network, market by market: neighbourhoods, agents, developers, new developments and the rules for buyers.

Our editor

Jai Michael is Editor-in-Chief of the ULTIMATE City Guides. With more than 25 years in the media industry, he founded ABSOLUTE brighton and London TV, and has worked with leading luxury brands around the world.

How we choose

Every agent, developer, development and official body in our lists has been checked against its own website or an official source such as a land registry, a government ministry or a regulator. We don’t use review scores, we don’t rank agents, and nobody can pay to be included. We never publish property prices; taxes and rules are quoted only from official sources, with the date we checked them.
