Olana is Kolter Urban and BH Group’s boutique building at 1121 Gulf Shore Boulevard North, on the Miracle Mile: just 12 residences, each of more than 10,000 sq ft with Gulf-front terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass, in a six-storey building designed by Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects, with interiors by Champalimaud Design. Construction financing was secured in October 2026; the presentation gallery is at 294 14th Avenue South.
