About Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella
Karl Lagerfeld Villas is the House of Karl Lagerfeld’s first residential project: five villas on a 9,579 m² plot on the Golden Mile, between the Penibaetic mountains and the Mediterranean. Natural materials let the homes merge with their gardens, and the interiors carry the designer’s own aesthetic. Sierra Blanca Estates is the developer; the villas are under construction, due in 2026.
