About Naples Beach Club: the Private Residences
On 125 acres beside the Gulf in Old Naples, Naples Beach Club pairs the Four Seasons resort, now open, with 153 private residences, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, a spa and well-being centre and a Market Square town centre. The project brings together MSD Partners, Athens Group, Discovery Land Company and Four Seasons; for the resort itself, see our Hotels pages.
