About Epique Pelican Bay
Epique is a 19-storey tower of Gulf-front Estates, Penthouses and Jardin residences, billed as the final new address in Pelican Bay. It is developed by Gulf Bay Development, part of the Naples-based Gulf Bay group behind The Brittany at Park Shore Beach and Fiddler’s Creek. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
