About Fairmont Residences Century Plaza

Fairmont Residences fill the top floors of the reborn Fairmont Century Plaza in Century City. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the one- to three-bedroom homes, on one or two floors, have outdoor terraces and are leased for six months or more. Residents use the hotel’s pool and spa, order in from Lumière, and have their own fitness centre, lounge, wine storage and rooftop dog run. The residences are independently owned and operated, not by Fairmont.
