The Old War Office on Whitehall, the Edwardian building where the British Army was once administered and Winston Churchill had an office, has been converted into Raffles London at The OWO hotel and The OWO Residences by Raffles, with restaurants, bars and a spa. Westminster and Embankment are the nearest stations, and Horse Guards, Trafalgar Square and St James’s Park are on the doorstep. The hotel’s restaurants and bars are open to non-residents.
