About The Owen
The Owen is a boutique building of 29 residences across ten floors on 1.18 gated acres at the southern tip of Golden Gate Point, between downtown Sarasota and the bridge to St. Armands. Plans are three bedrooms, with four penthouses. It was designed by MHK Architecture and Planning, built by Connor & Gaskins and developed by The Ronto Group, and it is now move-in ready.
