The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences, Bahamas is a collection of 67 turnkey private residences managed by Four Seasons, in an oceanfront enclave next to The Ocean Club resort on Paradise Island. SB Architects designed it and Champalimaud Design the interiors; every home has ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows and wide verandas. Two Roads Development and Access Real Estate are the developers, and it is due to open in 2027.
