About Palm Cay and One Marina
Palm Cay is a 69-acre gated community on the eastern side of New Providence, with 1,200 feet of white-sand beach and a full-service, deep-water marina of 194 slips. One Marina, its apartments and penthouses, fronts directly onto the marina beside the Members Beach Club, a restaurant, a café, a spa, tennis courts and a fitness centre. Construction has started on One Marina’s fourth phase, and The Palms’ second phase is under way.
