About Seaview Ridge, Apes Hill
Seaview Ridge is a collection of six turnkey villas at Apes Hill, the Audubon-certified golf resort 1,000 feet above sea level in the hills of St. James. The homes overlook the first fairway, the clubhouse and an old sugar mill, with the sea and the sunsets to the west, each set in its own landscaped garden. Apes Hill also sells property lots and other turnkey homes, with a design-and-build service.
