About A’ila Residences and Villas
A’ila is a new resort and residential destination on Mount Pimard, between Rodney Bay and Cap Estate. Its turnkey, fully furnished residences sit in a gated community with concierge and housekeeping, a private jetty and yacht services, and the villas range from six-bedroom Dream Villas with infinity pools to Seven Wonders estates with private docks. Bluezone Club Residences and TheLifeCo wellness resort are open; A’ila Palm follows in May 2027.
