About Quayside
Quayside is a new community on a 12-acre site on Toronto’s downtown eastern waterfront, the cornerstone of Waterfront Toronto’s plans for the shore. Dream and Great Gulf are developing about 4,700 homes in phases, some 800 of them affordable rentals, with about three acres of public space and green spaces between buildings by leading architects.
