About Prime Marina
Prime Marina, by Prime Group and Melwa Group, is a proposed waterfront residential development in Port City Colombo’s Marina district, overlooking both the marina and the Indian Ocean. Plans show a 60-metre tower of up to 18 storeys with 320 to 360 apartments and resident amenities. It is one of the first residential plots committed in the Marina precinct.
