About Orla, Dorchester Collection

Orla stands on a 29,000 square-metre beachfront plot at the apex of Palm Jumeirah’s crescent: 89 residences of two to five bedrooms, two Super Penthouses, a Sky Palace and a Mansion. Foster + Partners designed it, YODEZEEN the interiors and ZED Collective the gardens. Residents have a private beach club on 150 metres of sand, a cinema, a spa and an indoor lap pool. OMNIYAT is the developer; completion is set for 2027.
