About AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection
AVA stands at the threshold of Palm Jumeirah: a 24-storey tower of just 17 homes, one per floor, sixteen residences of four bedrooms and a five-bedroom Sky Palace over four floors. Ceilings are four metres high, windows run floor to ceiling, and every terrace has its own pool. Portia Fox Design did the interiors. Residents have a private beach, jetty and cinema, and Dorchester Collection runs the services. OMNIYAT lists completion for 2026.
