About La Montagne
La Montagne is Swire Properties’ address in the Southern District, near Deep Water Bay and Shouson Hill and two MTR stops from Admiralty. Its two 34-floor towers hold some 800 homes, mostly of two and three bedrooms, with a few one- and four-bedroom flats and 31 special units, all looking out to the mountains and the sea. International schools and private members’ clubs are close by.
