About Encore Naples Square
Encore is the newest building in The Ronto Group’s Naples Square collection, at 233 12th Street South, where Fifth Avenue South begins: 15 residences of 2,700 to 5,700 sq ft, with rooftop terraces on the third floor. Old Naples, the Design District and the new Gulfshore Playhouse are a walk away. It is under construction and due in the fourth quarter of 2026; the sales gallery is at 3201 Tamiami Trail North.
