About Chelsea Barracks
Chelsea Barracks, between Belgravia, Chelsea and Pimlico on Chelsea Bridge Road, was a British Army barracks until the late 2000s. The site is being redeveloped in phases for residential use by Qatari Diar, a subsidiary of the Qatar Investment Authority, with apartments, townhouses and landscaped garden squares. Sloane Square station is about ten minutes’ walk away, and the Royal Hospital Chelsea and the river are close by. Contact the developer for details; we do not publish prices.
