About Cerviño
Consultatio bought the 42,000 m² site at Avenida Cerviño and Bullrich, opposite the Campo Argentino de Polo, at public auction in 2025. It plans a new mixed-use district open to the city, with residences, shops and cultural spaces, a system of parks and a new Jumbo supermarket, where architecture, landscape, art and public space form one experience.
