Andia is a 40-storey tower of 399 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes rising in downtown San Diego, moments from the waterfront, with amenities planned around work, wellness and respite. It is by Bosa Development, which has built more than 2,800 homes downtown. Homes are now selling, and the sales gallery at 790 Broadway is open Thursday to Sunday.
