About Riverwalk
Riverwalk is a new district where Central San Diego’s main freeways and trolley lines meet, with nearly 100 acres of parks, plazas and paths. More than 75,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants are due in autumn 2027 and over 900 rental homes in early 2028, minutes by train from Little Italy and University Town Center. Hines is the developer.
