About Una Residences
Una Residences is a 47-storey tower of 129 homes on Biscayne Bay in South Brickell, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, who also did the interiors, with gardens by Enea. Residents have a bayfront pool and lap pool, a spa with steam and sauna, a fitness centre, a cinema and baywalk access. OKO Group and CAIN developed it, and the final residences are ready for immediate occupancy.
