About The Perigon
The Perigon brings 73 residences of two to four bedrooms to almost 200 feet of beach on the Miami Beach Boardwalk, in rippling glass towers by OMA with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners. Residents share a beachside pool, a wellness centre and Nota, an oceanfront restaurant by Shaun Hergatt open only to them and their guests. Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group are the developers; occupancy is due in summer 2027.
