About The Estates Residences
The Estates Residences is one of SODIC’s signature communities, in New Zayed: apartments, duplexes, modern villas and townhomes on 115 acres, with buildings on just 16.5% of the land. It is created in collaboration with Nobu, bringing Japanese-inspired hospitality to the homes, with dining spots, pools, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a medical centre on site. SODIC says its construction milestones have been met on time.
