About Sydney House
Sydney House rises above the heritage City Tattersalls club building on Pitt Street: apartments and penthouses alongside a hotel. BVN is architect and interior designer, with a scalloped glass façade and a field of bronze rosettes; FJC Studio, the heritage architect, is restoring leadlight windows, sandstone arches and pressed-metal ceilings. First Sponsor Group and ICD Property are the developers. It is under construction, due late 2027.
