About One Darling Point
One Darling Point sits high on the eastern ridge above Rushcutters Bay Park: a rare collection of three- and four-bedroom residences with views across the harbour. Tzannes shaped its curved brick forms to echo the sandstone headland, Alexander &CO. designed the interiors and Lendlease is delivering it. Major construction has begun; viewings are by private appointment.
