Harbourside Residences is Mirvac’s 48-storey residential tower in the redevelopment of Harbourside on Darling Harbour, a waterfront precinct of homes, offices, shops and new public spaces. Its homes are three- and four-bedroom waterfront apartments with bespoke interiors and private amenities. Mirvac reports construction well progressed, with staged completion of the precinct expected from late 2026 to late 2027.
