About Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences

Banyan Tree Padilla Madrid Residences is the brand’s first residential project in Spain: 24 exterior-facing homes of one to four bedrooms, from 170 to 827 m² with terraces of up to 113 m², in Padilla 32, a 1948 building by Luis Gutiérrez Soto. Julio Touza Sacristán led the restoration and Tomás Alía’s Estudio Caramba the interiors. The Padilla Club adds a spa, pool, sauna and gym.
