About 1000 Boulevard of the Arts
1000 Boulevard of the Arts is Kolter Urban’s new condominium at The Quay in downtown Sarasota. Its Bay Residences look across the 53-acre Bay Park and open water to Longboat Key; the Harbor Residences, on the upper floors, face the marina at Quay Harbor and the sunset. Construction is under way, and the arts district and the waterfront are a short walk.
